Viretha Boatright passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the age of 88. She was born April 3, 1932 in Pearson, GA, but resided all her life in Jacksonville, FL attending and graduating from local schools. She had been employed as a Medical Assistant and employed by local physicians. She was past President of Reynolds Lane Elementary School PTA and a member of Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her Son, Gary Boatright of Jacksonville and a Niece, Donna Dinse of Rochester, NY. She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother and Sister. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate Memorial Gifts in her name to Jax. Humane Society. As she requested no formal services will be held. There will be an open Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday ,March 17th and Thursday, March 18th at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Interment by cremation will follow the Visitation.
