Michael D. Coyle

March 27, 1954 - May 3, 2021

Our beloved Michael, 67, went home to be with our Lord and Savior, surrounded by his devoted family, on May 3rd 2021. Husband of Jan Clifton Coyle, Michael Dineen Coyle was born March 27, 1954 in Jacksonville, Florida to John Thomas “Jack” Coyle and Anne Reilly Coyle. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic School and graduated from Bishop Kenny Catholic High School in 1973, during which he was a member of the track team and played football all 4 years. Michael went on to attend Florida State University. He was employed at George P. Coyle & Sons for many years, also worked at Blue Ridge Door in Asheville, NC, then moving on to opening Mike Coyle Services, in 1990. Michael was well known throughout the construction industry, he was described as a Jack of all Trades. He was a man of faith, having been active with Promise Keepers, Men’s Emmaus Retreats and CRHP (Christ Renews His Parish) retreats. Not only was Michael a strong confidante and a good listener, he was an outstanding father. He was gentle but strong, quick to forgive and selfless. Hard working and loyal. Michael possessed a heart of pure gold, willing to help anyone at any time. He was a blessing to so many and we will be forever thankful for the impact he has had on our lives. He is survived by his loving wife Jan of 32 years and daughters Evelyn-Anne Coyle Nix (Seth) and Catherine “Catie” Elizabeth Coyle (James). Survived by his Mother Anne R. Coyle, predeceased by his Father John T “Jack” Coyle and surviving siblings: Mary “Cathy” Coyle Green (Jacob), John Garrett “Garry” Coyle (Cathy),John Thomas “JT” Coyle (Gina), Anne Coyle Clewell (Bill), Elinor Coyle Cantrell (Wayne), Mary Clare Coyle, James “Jim” Coyle (Peggy), Patricia Coyle Farrell (Tom),And a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. You will be greatly missed Michael, Love of my Life. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church May 29th at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers please donate to Community Hospice.
