James Gerald Stark

February 3, 1950 - July 3, 2021

James (Jim) Gerald Stark passed away peacefully on July 3rd, 2021 at age 71 to be joined with his loving wife, Linda Marie Stark (Kwapy). His wife, Linda, had passed away on June 2nd, 2011 and he has missed her every day since then. We pray that they have finally been reunited. Jim will be missed greatly by his daughters, Jeanette Pintar (Gary), Theresa Hendricks (John), and Tracy Majewicz (Mike), and his siblings Patty Stark, Mike Stark (Penny), Linda Basile (Myles), Sandi Johnson, and Tom Stark, Grandchildren, Rebecca Stark, Ashley Zapot, Amy Zapot, Joey Majewicz, and Daniel Majewicz, and his friends and extended family. Jim was someone who loved easily and was easy to love. He was a big man with a quick temper, so he would sound like a grizzly when angered, but for all those who truly knew him, he was always a teddy bear at heart (As long as the Green Bay Packers won and you didn’t take away his remote control!). Jim loved all the simple things in life, football, burgers, steak and beer, grilling out and camping with friends and family, and hiking at Devils Lake. He liked Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly and every episode of Andy Griffith even though he’d seen them all a thousand times. His wife always said that you can tell what a man loves by how he spent his money, and he spent it on his family, spoiling his younger siblings, his children, and later his grandchildren. He loved them all unconditionally. Life for many of us was better because he was in our world. Jim will be truly missed.
