Carolyn Dent Eddings, 64, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, January 22, 2022. She was a native of Jacksonville born on April 26, 1957 to Gene Yates and Jean Peacock. Carolyn loved to travel the Antique circuit with her friends. She enjoyed reading, flowers and gardening. She adored her three grandbabies and spending time with family. She is survived by a son, Christopher Yates(Kelly); three sisters, Michele DeJesus(Omar), Angie Smith and Lisa McCoy(Jody); a brother, Patrick Connell; three grandsons, C.J. Yates, Nolan Yates and Noah Yates; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, David Connell; and a son, Shane Yates. Private Services are planned for a later date.
