Barbara Anne Winterol Wessels, age 63, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on October 8th, 2020 in Callahan, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Saturday October 24th, 2020 at Corey- Kerlin Funeral Home on 940 Cesery Blvd with Jim Hartman officiating. Barbara was born in Columbus, Ga to Albert and Patricia Winterol on November 11th, 1956. She married Ben Wessels. She worked as a hair stylist and cosmetologist and ran her own shop for many years with her husband Ben and son Daniel's help. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Patricia Winterol and her brother Joe Winterol. Barbara is survived by her Husband Ben Wessels, her son Daniel Wessels and his wife Constance Wessels, her brother Steve Winterol, and her three grandchildren Karlee, Laycee and Rylee Wessels, and her fur babies Buddy, Sadie, and Molly. Barbara loved the outdoors and camping with her friends and family. She also loved to travel and went to the Netherlands last year with her brother Steve. She loved Symphony’s and Theatre performances which she did every year with her granddaughters. She loved to rock out to the Rolling Stones too. She lit up a room when she walked in with her smile and bubbly energy. She will be dearly missed but not forgotten.
